I loved that while other pet friendly hotels give you a lower grade quality room for the same price as a regular room plus pet fees; They didn’t do that. Our room was exceptional. Every staff member was excellent! Location was perfect right off the interstate and it was quiet. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit family.

The room was spacious but the toilet was constantly running to the point of having to turn off the water to it only to turn it back on when you used the bathroom. It was annoying. The lack of towels in the room was also an issue but got towels from the front desk.

The lady at check in went above and beyond and was super nice. I have an injured foot and she made sure to locate us a room where we could park directly in front of our room. The size of the room and cleanliness was great. It was a peaceful stay.

The room was very spacious, plenty of room for us and grandkids ages 3 and 4. Liked that the couch is actually a pull out bed. Was able to have friends that were in from out of state over and plenty of room for everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of my room. I was pleased with that. I have bad knees so I would have preferred not to have had to stay in the location that I was in. I needed something more accessible.
